Payment Policy
Is there an age requirement? Yes. You must be 18 or older to place an order. What are the payment options? The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All credit card billing information is entered via an online form through PayPal. Shipping Policy What are the shipping options? We use the United States Postal Service as the standard method for all our deliveries. Currently, we deliver only within the United States. What is the cost of shipping? The cost of shipping for all DVD’s in quantities of three or less is free. Other products and DVDs of a quantity greater than three incurs a variable shipping cost. What is the interval of time for delivery? All products are processed within 2 business days (mon – fri 9am – 5pm; sat 10am – 4pm ), with the assumption that no problems occur with payment processing, shipping, or any technicalities. Please allow at least 2 weeks for product delivery. Refund/Exchange Policy Can I return a product? Returns are not accepted for CDROMs, DVDs, or VCDs. These item sales are final due to the circumstances of pirating and unauthorized illegal copying. All sales are final unless the product is defective. What if my product is damaged or defective? If a DVD+R from Great 8 Productions does not play on your DVD player or computer DVD-ROM, there are still no refunds. They will play in almost all PC DVD-ROM drives. If it is determined that you are attempting to play our DVD+R media on an incompatible player, there will be no refunds. Hence, please ensure that your player will play DVD+R media. To check if your DVD Player model is compatible with VCDs and DVD-R/RW, CD-R/RW media, please go to this site to view the compatibility list. If the product is clearly defective, return the product to the address below to receive a new copy of the exact product.
