Strolling is often paired with stepping. If you are Greek or went to an HBCU then chances are you know what strolling or hopping (as it is sometimes referred to) is. The Greek Picnic here in Atlanta has a stroll competition every year. So I decided to compile both years and instead of putting them against other Organizations I’m  placing them against themselves from the previous year. For example the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta from 2007’s competition versus the one’s from 2008’s competition.

Some of these are very “interesting” attempts at strolling others are pretty serious. One of my boys was the “hop” master for his chapter and our other boy was the stepmaster for the same chapter and they both took their position equally serious, hopping was just as important as stepping was- so I know how seriously some participants take these competitions. Strolling is fun but people take pride in it as well and I think it shows.
